About

What We Value in Our Laboratory

At the Saitoh Seminar, we aim to foster individual growth through exploration grounded in humility, sincerity, and gratitude.
To achieve this, we place particular importance on the following three keywords:

Gratitude

Let us be people who value gratitude.
We cherish encounters with others, the support we receive, and every opportunity to learn.

Exploration

Keep asking yourself what you truly want to pursue and how you can contribute to society.
We encourage each person to reflect on their own interests and questions, while considering how their learning and research can create value for society through active exploration.

Modesty

Never forget to remain humble and sincere; value your true self without arrogance.
We strive to cultivate an attitude of respecting others while also engaging honestly with ourselves.

By nurturing these three qualities, we hope that each student’s aspirations will shine like a gem.

We continually ask ourselves:
What is our mission?
What role should we fulfill?
How can we contribute to society through our learning and research?

What matters is not simply following what others say we should do, nor blindly conforming to social trends. Rather, it is to think for ourselves, value solid evidence, and carve out our own path.

At the Saitoh Seminar, we embrace “Demand Evidence, Think Critically” as a guiding principle, and we are committed to developing nursing professionals who are unafraid of challenges and who possess the flexibility and strength to shape the future.
