This paper presents a survey conducted among final-year students in Japanese medical, nursing, and pharmaceutical faculties regarding the current state of vaccination education and vaccine hesitancy. The results showed that a low percentage of students received adequate education on risk-benefit communication and addressing vaccine hesitancy. Additionally, there were differences in preparedness for clinical practice and knowledge about vaccinations across faculties.
