On July 28th, as part of an international nursing study session, we had the honor of inviting Javan Cheetsos, RN Transplant Coordinator Clinical Services at Kaiser Foundation Hospitals & Health Plan, Kaiser Permanente Northern California, as a guest speaker. We had the opportunity to hear his presentation on the theme "Role of Nursing Professionals as Organ Transplant Coordinators." He shared insights on the healthcare system in the United States and discussions on transplant medicine.
